Company History
Velmeir Companies’ predecessor was originally formed in 1968, specializing in the residential side of the real estate business. As the business evolved and development grew, the company transitioned into the retail sector, and the existing Velmeir Companies was founded in 1995. Today the company boasts a wide array of national retailers in which we are the preferred developer and the development division continues to grow at a rapid pace.
